Through the coordinated application of optimized top coils, high-efficiency low-NOx combustion, intelligent coal powder metering, and scientific production management, the company has achieved positive progress in reducing coal consumption, lowering emissions, and stabilizing lime quality.

1. Optimized Top Coils: More Effective Waste Heat Recovery, Preheater Outlet Temperature Reduced by About 50°C

By adjusting and optimizing the arrangement of the top coils in the preheater chamber, KAYEENG enables the stone material in the top silo to be fully dried and preheated. While increasing the temperature of the stone fed into the kiln and improving calcination conditions, this design effectively recovers waste heat from the preheater exhaust gas. As a result, the temperature at the preheater outlet is reduced by about 50°C, further reducing system heat loss and creating more stable thermal conditions for subsequent production stages.

2. High-Efficiency Low-NOx Burner: Flame Heat More Effectively Participates in Calcination, Reducing Kiln Coating Temperature and NOx Emissions

In the combustion stage, adopts a high-efficiency low-NOx burner. By optimizing the flame shape and combustion organization, the flame heat participates more effectively in lime calcination. This technology helps lower the kiln coating temperature, reduces the adverse effects of localized high temperatures on refractory materials, and inhibits the formation of nitrogen oxides, thereby reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and achieving coordinated improvements in energy saving and environmental protection.

3. Advanced Rotor Weighfeeder and Intelligent Control: More Intelligent and Uniform Coal Powder Metering

The company has also introduced advanced rotor weighfeeder equipment and control systems, making coal powder feeding and metering more intelligent and uniform. Through precise and stable control of the coal feeding rate, fluctuations in coal powder that may disturb kiln conditions can be effectively reduced, the temperature stability of the calcination zone can be improved, and support can be provided for lower coal consumption and higher lime quality.

4. System Integration and Scientific Management: Coal Saving of 10–20 kg per Ton of Quicklime

On the basis of the above technical measures, KAYEENG combines scientific production management, including process parameter optimization, equipment maintenance, and standardized operations, to form a replicable and scalable practical solution for energy saving and emission reduction. Practical applications show that coal consumption can be reduced by 10–20 kg per ton of quicklime. Actual cases demonstrate that on 800–1200 tpd production lines, the heat consumption for producing high-quality lime with LOI of 1%–3% can reach 950–1050 kcal/kg, demonstrating excellent energy-saving and consumption-reduction results.
